PAYMENT INFORMATION
(Singapore Customers)
- Credit / Debit Cards
LEBELLE CLOSET is PayPal verified. You will be able to select PayPal payment during the checkout process, and you will be directed to the PayPal payment/login page to complete the payment on your order, or pay by your credit card directly if you do not already have a PayPal account.
Paying via PayPal is highly recommended as PayPal has buyer protection policy and your credit/debit card information will not revealed to any other parties.
- Internet Banking / ATM Fund Transfer
You will be able to select Fund Transfer during the checkout process. If you have selected this option during the checkout process, you will be receiving an email with your order number together with our bank details in the email. Kindly complete the payment in within 48 hours through any method that is most convenient for you: ATM, online transfer, or cash deposit.
Please make payment in Singapore Dollars (S$) and please notify us when payment is made. We will only process your order when the money is successfully credited into our bank account.

PRODUCTS INFORMATION
Most LEBELLE CLOSET products displayed at our Web site are available while stocks last. The prices displayed at our Web site are quoted in Singapore Dollars and are valid and apply throughout all countries.
LEBELLE CLOSET makes every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear on our Web site. However, as the actual colours you see depend on the resolution of your monitor screen, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colours will be exactly the same as the colours of our products.
PRODUCT LEAD TIME
- All items are kept in our overseas warehouse therefore we able to sell our product at a low prices.
- Goods will be send out to us daily from our warehouse.
- No minimum order required.
- After payment verified, goods will arrive within 5-10 working days. (Singapore ONLY)
- After payment verified, goods will arrive within 10-15 working days.(Overseas ONLY)
REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
The LEBELLE CLOSET Return and Exchange Policy apply only to online purchases made through lebellecloset.ecrater.com. All sales of products that are discounted are also final. These discounted items cannot be returned for exchange, refunds or credit. For all other items, to qualify for an exchange, refund or credit, merchandise and items must be returned unworn and unwashed, accompanied by the invoice and the clothes tag. Returns are accepted within 10 days from shipped date. If any item purchased at lebellecloset.ecrater.com falls into any of the following conditions, it may be returned to LEBELLE CLOSET by mail.
Conditions to qualify for return and exchange are as follows:
There is a defect in our merchandise. Defects include holes, missing parts, faulty stitching and discolouration before washing. Wrong merchandise size shipped are also eligible. Please write us an e-mail stating the invoice number and send it to [email protected] together with snapshots of the "defective" item for us to determine the severity of the defect before we request for the item to be mailed back to us.
Customers shall bear full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly. LEBELLE CLOSET strongly encourages you to use a delivery service with tracking capability and will not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns or exchange.
All returns are free of charge only for standard normal mail.
For items that are deemed with defects by LEBELLE CLOSET, we will exchange for the same item that is still in-stock, or a full refund if that particular item is out of stock. A refund will also be given in the case that a stock is sold out, but payment has already been made. Other than the above mentioned, LEBELLE CLOSET strictly does not entertain any forms of refunds.
LEBELLE CLOSET reserves the right to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges. Items mailed back to LEBELLE CLOSET without prior confirmation with us will not be entertained.
LOCAL DELIVERY (SINGAPORE ONLY)

Normal Mail - Package will be delivered to the mailbox directly if the parcel is too big singpost postman will send to your doorstep. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip on your door or mailbox for collection at the nearest post office. No tracking number is available for normal mail.
